Data Deletion Instructions

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. You may also call 647-372-1444 for help submitting a request, but email is the clearest way to provide the details needed to locate records.

Please provide:

• your name;
• the email address or phone number you used with SkilledReady;
• an approximate date or date range;
• the relevant service, such as a contact inquiry, staffing request, specific job application, talent-pool submission, or Facebook Page interaction; and
• a brief description of the information you want deleted.

Do not send a password, access token, Social Insurance Number, banking details, passport, driver's-licence image, or other sensitive identity document in the initial request.

We may ask for reasonable additional information to confirm your identity or authority and to find the relevant records. Verification will be proportionate to the request; SkilledReady does not ask you to disclose a password or security token for this purpose.

We will review the request, communicate about its status, and respond within any time period required by applicable law. A request that also seeks access under PIPEDA is generally answered within 30 days, subject to any extension or exception permitted by law. Deletion is not automatic, and this page does not promise a separate fixed deletion deadline. Some information may need to be retained where required or permitted by law, including applicable employment, tax, accounting, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records, or where deletion would affect another person's rights. If we cannot fulfil all or part of a request, we will explain the outcome, subject to legal restrictions. Where appropriate, access may instead be restricted or the information may be de-identified.

Current job applications, talent-pool submissions, and optional PDF resumes are coordinated through OnboardReady. SkilledReady will review records under its control and, where applicable, coordinate a deletion request with OnboardReady. SkilledReady cannot guarantee deletion by an independent third party where that party has its own legal obligations, independent records, or technical processes. We will not represent a coordinated request as completed until its status is known.

SkilledReady's Meta/Facebook Graph API integration is used to publish job postings and content to SkilledReady's own Facebook Page and to reconcile SkilledReady's own Page posts. It is not used to build profiles of Facebook users or collect their private messages or friends lists.

If your request concerns a SkilledReady-controlled Page-publishing record, identify the relevant post or approximate date and we will assess it. Requests to delete information held independently by Meta or associated with your Facebook account must be submitted through Meta's own privacy, account, or content-reporting tools.
